Matexi, founded in 1945, is a leading neighborhood developer with more than 75 years of experience. The company has already helped more than 47,100 families find a new home and operates in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. They regularly rely on C-Site for the follow-up and promotion of their projects.
The Zuiderdal project in Boechout is an ambitious residential project with 90 apartments and 106 houses spread over a 73,552 m² site. The residential apartments are grouped around a central square, with great attention to integration into the surrounding neighborhood. Each home offers views of the surrounding greenery, contributing to a balanced streetscape with traffic-free streets and green squares.
To capture the progress of this project, we strategically relocated our timelapse camera during the work. This allowed us to provide a comprehensive view of the various phases of construction, increasing transparency and engagement.
Timelapse videos and real-time photos are particularly valuable for residential projects. They not only allow construction partners to accurately track progress, but also allow future residents to see their new home taking shape step by step. This increases engagement and provides a unique experience even before completion.
