In order to support our growth and expansion, we are urgently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator!

What is your role?

Start of your job

  • Get familiar with the C-SITE application, a real time project visualization tool for building projects
  • Learn the tools and workflows that you will use to be successful in your role
  • Get to know your colleagues @C-SITE and more importantly our clients, subcontractors, other services & hardware providers

Tasks / responsibilities / on the job

  • Align with our operations team and subcontractors for planning of installations and roll-out
  • Boxing and sending of our hardware to clients and subcontractors
  • Build relationships with your colleagues @C-SITE and with our existing and new clients
  • Technical support and customer care (helpdesk – by phone & e-mail)
  • Purchase of materials and stock management
  • Keeping the CRM application up to date with the operational & technical contact persons
  • Know what it takes to meet or even exceed your goals and go the extra mile to surprise us
  • Begin to expand your knowledge of customer care and service

What skills do you have to keep us sharp?

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in a technical area or through experience
  • First proven track record in a similar function is a plus
  • Passion for digital revolution
  • Independent, customer-focused and communicative approach
  • Good level of common sense, focus on improvements and practical solutions
  • Administrative allrounder – accurate and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player is a must
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
  • Result driven, proactive and assertive personality, hands-on mentality
  • Sound knowledge of common IT applications
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch with good additional language skills (oral and written) in English and French
