In order to support our growth and expansion, we are urgently looking for a Business Developer

What is your role?

You have the opportunity to be part of the growth of C-SITE. The right candidate is willing to go the extra mile to reach our goals.

Start of your job

  • Get familiar with the C-SITE application, a real time project visualization tool for building projects
  • Learn the tools and workflows that you will use to be successful in your role
  • Get to know your colleagues @C-SITE and more importantly our clients. Learn what they use C-SITE for and what our roadmap of future product development is
  • Strategize with our CEO on which companies to target and reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, networking or other channels that you know work to reach your audience
  • Identify what it takes to meet your goals, make your plan and put the tools into place to start this
  • Get a first taste of making C-SITE offers & propositions, handle incoming leads and jump into your prospection tricks and tools to find your first buying customer

Tasks / responsibilities in / on the job

  • Continue to build on your core sales & communication skills as well as product/company knowledge
  • Build up connections, grow your network, detect possible upselling opportunities and build your own portfolio of clients
  • Create recurring sales and provide the feedback & reporting to your management team
  • Find the balance between hunt & hit and customer focus on the other hand
  • Learn to sell remotely in a world heavily influenced by COVID-19 and be creative in client approach
  • Know what it takes to meet or even exceed your goals and go the extra mile to surprise us
  • Begin to expand your knowledge of sales & business development

What skills do you have to keep us sharp?

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or similar
  • First proven track record of success in sales (development) (2 to 5 years)
  • Passion for digital revolution
  • Knowledge of and network in the construction or real estate industry in Benelux or Europe is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamplayer is a must
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
  • Result driven, proactive and assertive personality, hands-on mentality
  • Very good language skills (N/F/E)
